Lemon and White Rose Ruffles Wedding Cake

This cake was a real labour of love. A double barrel middle tier covered in rose swirl ruffles?! We delivered it to The Leeds Club for the beautiful Nicky and her hubby Stu (getting a parking ticket in the process - oops!) for their special day.

Amazing photos by Ollievision photography (www.ollievision.co.uk).

Five Tier Semi-Naked Drippy Wedding Cake with Macarons

This is a cake I created for a lovely couple, Rich and Natalie. They had seen a design online by Anges de Sucre and asked if I could create something similar, so I had a go! Five tiers of cake finished in a semi-naked style, topped with chocolate ganache drips and decorated with different flavours of macarons in different pastel shades.

Macarons are not my favourite things in the world, and more ended up in the bin than on the cake, but they taste AMAZING! They'd be fabulous wedding favours :)

This cake was delivered to the beautiful East Riddlesden Hall in Keighley, which is a stunning venue for anyone wanting a rustic barn-style wedding. They even have ducks! :) x
