My customer contacted me to make a special birthday cake for her and her husband who were both celebrating their 40th birthdays. We created this Croods design with handmade characters and waterfall detail.

Single Tier Roses and Lace Cake

We made this cake for an engagement party but it could easily be a wedding cake for a smaller wedding. Handmade sugar roses and lace applique detail make this a beautiful elegant cake.

Cinderella Inspired Ruffles and Peony Wedding Cake

Here's a cake which was partially inspired by Cinderella. I love the blue and white together together with a hint of gold in the sugar peony style flower.

Bottom white ruffled tier and two tiers of beautiful blue icing with piped dots to the top tier.

Princess Inspired 3rd Birthday Cake

Here's a cake for a joint birthday. Lily and Lilah were turning 3, and love all things princessy, so what better cake for them?! Two tiers of delicious cake finished with pink icing, bows, pictures of their favourite princesses and a golden crown topper.

Pink Peony Ruffles Wedding Cake

This is a cake which I spent a lot of time on. Ruffles take forever! I love the finish though - the ruffles make a nice textural contrast to the smooth sugarpaste top tiers. Finished with a handmade sugar peony and a few extra petals, this is a very girly cake!
