Three Tier Naked Cake with Fresh Flowers

This weekend saw Rachael marry her other half at the beautiful Whitley Hall Hotel in Sheffield. This place is stunning, and even has it's own peacock which my 4 year old assistant on delivery day loves!

Rachael's florist, Love Lili & Coco Floral (www.facebook.com/LoveLiliandCoCoFloral) provided the most gorgeous roses, lysanthus, freesias and gypsophelia for me to decorate the cake with - how pretty?! I then added some fresh summer berries and grapes. The cake was orange, lemon and vanilla flavours and looked and smelled delicious.

Massive congratulations to Rachael and her new husband! x

PS - This is what happens when your daughter likes to photobomb cake shots... Cheeky or what?!

Four Tier Lace and Fresh Flowers Wedding Cake

This cake was great fun to make as I got to play florist! Four tiers of cake with a separator tier of beautiful fresh flowers in the middle, provided by Lincolns the Florist in Huddersfield. The top tier and third tier also have edible lace detailing. I love the colours of the flowers Lindsey chose :)

Three Tier Naked Wedding Cake

Here's a cake I made for some good friends, Ellen and Paul. They were having a beautiful wedding in New Mill, about 5 minutes from us, so delivery was easy! They opted for three tiers of vanilla cake filled with jam and vanilla buttercream and decorated with some fresh flowers and loads of seasonal fruit. The cake perfectly suited their barn-style wedding reception and was displayed on our rustic log/tree stump cake stand.

Massive congratulations!

Hessian and fresh flowers wedding cake

Here is a cake we created a while ago now for the wedding of Sam and Dan. They had seen a design I created and wanted it tailored to suit their scheme, so we used hessian ribbon and real flowers provided by their florist. Perfect for a rustic wedding.

Congratulations to Sam and Dan! x

Hydrangeas Wedding Cake

Here is a cake we delivered to East Riddlesden Hall, Keighley recently. Our bride Becky approached us and asked if we could decorate some cakes her gran had baked for her. I love that it would be such a family orientated wedding, with everyone involved! The cakes were iced in royal icing and then finished with beautiful fresh flowers provided by the florist.

Hopefully I'll get a better picture!

Huge congratulations to Becky and Jon! x
