Five Tier Semi-Naked Drippy Wedding Cake with Macarons

This is a cake I created for a lovely couple, Rich and Natalie. They had seen a design online by Anges de Sucre and asked if I could create something similar, so I had a go! Five tiers of cake finished in a semi-naked style, topped with chocolate ganache drips and decorated with different flavours of macarons in different pastel shades.

Macarons are not my favourite things in the world, and more ended up in the bin than on the cake, but they taste AMAZING! They'd be fabulous wedding favours :)

This cake was delivered to the beautiful East Riddlesden Hall in Keighley, which is a stunning venue for anyone wanting a rustic barn-style wedding. They even have ducks! :) x

Katherine Sabbath Inspired Chocolate Cake

My family aren't a fan of fruit cake, so this Christmas we went all out for chocolate! A chocolate orange sponge filled with chocolate ganache, covered in chocolate ganache and topped with more chocolate ganache, chocolate shards and some delicious chocolates :)

Safe to say there were a few calories in this, but it was Christmas after all hehe x

Rustic Chocolate Ganache Wedding Cake

This cake smelled divine! It was three tiers of chocolate cake covered in a rustic finish of chocolate ganache. The bride provided the cutest little toppers which had been personalised to represent the bride and groom :)
