I made this cake as a surprise for a friend of ours. She thought she was just ordering a birthday cake for her little girl, but we surprised her with this too!

Vanilla sponge with white chocolate glaze, fresh flowers, chocolate bark and meringue kisses.

Four Tier Spring Floral Wedding Cake

This cake is one I loved making! Four tiers with different tier depths iced in ivory then finished with beautiful dusky pink David Austin style roses, tea roses and hydrangeas all made from sugar. Really reminds me of my garden in summer as I'm lucky enough to grow all these!
