Three Tier Naked Cake with Fresh Flowers

This weekend saw Rachael marry her other half at the beautiful Whitley Hall Hotel in Sheffield. This place is stunning, and even has it's own peacock which my 4 year old assistant on delivery day loves!

Rachael's florist, Love Lili & Coco Floral (www.facebook.com/LoveLiliandCoCoFloral) provided the most gorgeous roses, lysanthus, freesias and gypsophelia for me to decorate the cake with - how pretty?! I then added some fresh summer berries and grapes. The cake was orange, lemon and vanilla flavours and looked and smelled delicious.

Three Tier Semi-Naked Wedding Cake

This was a fun cake to make, and was delivered to 315 Restaurant for Nick and Niki's wedding. Three different flavour sponge cakes decorated with fresh berries - delish!
